Booking Terms & Conditions – Centaur Villa
1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and approval by Centaur Villa.
Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Following approval, the guest will receive payment instructions.
The reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required following approval of the booking request.
- The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required upon approval.
- Failure to complete the required payment may result in cancellation of the reservation, subject to applicable law.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 90 days or more before arrival: Full refund of all payments received.
- 30 to 89 days before arrival: The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional amount paid will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: The full reservation amount (100%) is non-refundable.
Cancellation deadlines are calculated from the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Centaur Villa.
4. Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
5. Occupancy
The maximum permitted occupancy is 8 adults and 2 teenagers, subject to the property’s sleeping arrangements.
The number of guests must be declared accurately when submitting the booking request.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out arrangements will be communicated to the guest before arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior agreement.
7. General Conditions
Guests are expected to respect the property, its equipment, and the surrounding environment.
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the guest where legally permitted.
These terms apply to reservations made directly with Centaur Villa. Reservations made through Booking.com, Airbnb, or other platforms are subject to the applicable terms of those platforms.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to guests under applicable law.
